ASHWIN J KOTECHA
Mr Ashwin Kotecha is a pioneer in the logistics and distribution industry and a guiding light for our company. After completing his Bachelor of Commerce, he joined the family business in 1960, which had by then graduated from a grocery store to a distribution business. He was instrumental in laying the foundation of the distribution business and worked with prestigious clients such as Hindustan Lever, Tata Oils, Colgate Palmolive, Richardson Hindustan, Charak, Amrutanjan and many others.
Guided and mentored by his father Jethalal Meghji Kotecha and his uncle Ratilal Meghji, he established the organisation as a leading distributor in South Mumbai. He was actively involved with the Association of Distributors of Mumbai and many social groups, always working for the betterment of the society. He is a visionary and a champion of our goal of inclusive growth.
MITESH KOTECHA
Mr Mitesh Kotecha, son of Mr Ashwin Kotecha, qualified as a Chartered Accountant with an All India Ranking of 11. He expanded the service offering of the business to include logistics and set up our Logistics vertical in 1986. Since then, he has been instrumental in building a strong transportation network in Western India. Mentored by his father, he played a key role in launching brands such as Tropicana Juices in India as the company’s first channel partner. He was also a driving force in establishing the family name in the packaged food and beverages category in India.
NEETA M KOTECHA
She looks into administrative and HR functions to ensure requisite compliances to the ever-changing regulatory landscape in the country. She continually works towards upgrading, evolving and strategizing to develop innovative business models to ensure we grasp new opportunities and remain relevant in a dynamic industry.
HARDIK M KOTECHA
Hardik joined the family business in 2016 after completing his education at the University of Pennsylvania and a three year stint at PwC’s Deals Practice in New York. He has also completed his MBA from ISB and is involved in the management of both the distribution and logistics verticals. Hardik has been instrumental in expanding the industries serviced to include stationery and tobacco and further strengthen our foothold in the food and beverage categories.
