Temperature controlled warehouse
We have developed innovative temperature controlled solutions to ensure a conducive environment for storing perishable, temperature sensitive goods. The walls are designed with puff panels instead of concrete panels to ensure maximum efficiency in temperature control. We also have advanced energy back-up facilities that ensure the optimum safety of your products in the event of any power cuts.
Open warehouse
Open warehouses are large, leveled, demarcated fenced pieces of land. These warehouses are ideal for storing sturdy, non-perishable items such as containers, vehicles, large dimension machinery, empty bottles, shippers, and scrap materials among others. Our open warehouses are provided with round the clock security to ensure goods safety. They are extremely cost effective and secure solutions for storage.
General warehouse
These conventional warehouses can store non-perishable goods. Our general warehouse is constructed from 100% waterproof RCC structures and equipped with a sound drainage system to ensure that your goods are protected from natural elements like rain. It is built with 50’ wide tar roads that offer maximum convenience of transportation of goods. Day and night security along with CCTV surveillance is provided for maximum security of the goods.
Bonded warehouse
We have in place a bonded warehouse for storage of import or export goods that have yet to be processed by customs. Customs bonded warehouses are great for long-term storage as they are essentially duty-free zones,and there’s no rush on paperwork, payment, or inspection. Duties are made due only when the goods leave the warehouse, which allows clients to save a lot of money. At our bonded warehouse,goods are kept safe and secure with 24 hour surveillance and goods can be held for years when the requisite permissions are obtained.
